Hi! I’m a proud Austin native, wife, and mom to two amazing girls. I grew up active—playing basketball, cheerleading, and dancing—and that lifelong love of movement naturally evolved into a passion for fitness, nutrition, and coaching. For me, health isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about confidence, joy, and building a supportive community. Through fitness and nutrition coaching, my mission is to help others create sustainable, healthy habits, fall in love with movement, feel stronger from the inside out, and have a little fun along the way.

Casey Nall

Coach

Hi, I'm Casey! I transitioned to a career in fitness over a decade ago, driven by a core belief—forged in my years in healthcare and my own comeback from bilateral knee surgery—that fitness is truly preventative care and nutrition is medicine. As a lifelong athlete, marathoner, lifter, and 3rd Degree Black Belt who loves food, I bring the same drive to my clients as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RRCA Run Coach, and ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach. My philosophy is simple: the best program works with the way you do life. I build sustainable strategies that meet you where you are, while still challenging you to unlock your full potential. I can’t wait to see the things we can accomplish together!

Emily Nadaud

Coach

Emily holds a Bachelor degree in exercise science from Marquette University and has over 15 years of experience personally training and coaching clients. She is also certified in nutrition through NASM, allowing her to provide comprehensive fitness and nutrition guidance to help clients achieve their health goals. Emily’s passion for nutrition grew when she was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto disease. In her free time, Emily enjoys time with her husband and four kids and can often be found cheering loudly from the sidelines of one of her kids’ sporting events!

Jason Cline

Coach

Jason is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and DEKA Coach. As an avid outdoor athlete, Jason knows and values the importance of purposeful habits to sustain a healthy fitness and nutrition life. For Jason, there’s no bigger reward than to help his clients realize success with their own fitness and nutrition.
