Emily holds a Bachelor degree in exercise science from Marquette University and has over 15 years of experience personally training and coaching clients. She is also certified in nutrition through NASM, allowing her to provide comprehensive fitness and nutrition guidance to help clients achieve their health goals. Emily’s passion for nutrition grew when she was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto disease. In her free time, Emily enjoys time with her husband and four kids and can often be found cheering loudly from the sidelines of one of her kids’ sporting events!

Aileen is a Certified Trainer and Nutrition coach. Her fitness passion started when her uncle convinced her to train for a marathon with him and the rest is history. Her passion for nutrition started in college with “Nutrition 101” and she instantly became hooked. Nutrition and fitness are a huge priority in her life, and she loves sharing her passion in her community through crossfit coaching and training. Her goal is to motivate and educate, and her main focus is that when you have reached your goals, she has taught you everything you need to know to keep going on your own.
